I have been happily knitting along on the Pine Forest Baby blanket thinking smugly how much I was getting done. Then I noticed the date on the calendar! The baby who is to receive the Puerperium Cardigan will be here January 6, 2017 at the latest! I grabbed it after dinner last night and quickly knit 10 rows. It knits so much quicker than the blanket. I’ve got to dedicate myself to it for the next few days. Fortunately I’ll be trapped at home tomorrow waiting for the plumber to call.

I have pulled out a stalled baby sweater and I am trying to get it done before years end. Then I will have a mitten, vest, and wrap left over from 2016, actually wrap is from 2015! Now if I can just focus on those things in the new year and just get them done! But then I have 3 babies to knit for and 1 toddler. Oh, and 3 hats. I am already done in!!! Fly knitting fingers, fly! Babies don’t wait. LOL
