This will be a quick post because time is ticking and I am slow binding off.
I watched a couple of YouTube videos on the Italian bind off and took some notes as I went along. I watched the video I found easiest to follow a second time stopping it at each stitch so I could do the stitch as they did. I refined my notes and got to work. It took about a quarter of the way around for me to understand and see what I was doing. Things are slow but I am now able to make my way through the steps. There are a few mistakes but I’m trudging forward. I’ve just passed the halfway point. I’ll give a full report tomorrow when I hope I’ve moved on to an armhole.
It would be interesting to know in general how this bind off works. I will make a point of looking it up too. 😊

Always fun to learn something new, another tool for your toolbox. I recently learned Jeny’s Interlock Bind off for 1 x 1 ribbing.

Wahoo, learning something new is great. We should always strive to learn some new things.

I love the Italian cast on and bind off. I need to remember to use them more often. But then I need to actually knit more to be able to use them. LOL

I need to google this! Looks like you are doing great, though I know you are worried about it being dry. You’ll make it.
