FO Friday: 17 UFOs in 2017 Edition

Done! After sitting in the UFO bin for over 6 years the Posey Pin Cushion is done! I can hardly believe it. If it wasn’t for jumping on the 17ufosin2017 bandwagon this would have been ignored forever. The pattern is Posey by Kris Knits. The yarn is Lily Sugar’n Cream Ombres.

I have gifted it to H since she is learning to embroider. She was thrilled.

Now that I’ve got one UFO done I’m looking forward to pulling another one out of the bin.

Linking up with Kathryn this week.

Now that you have one finish under your belt, I bet the momentum builds like crazy! Curious, is posey the winner of the Longest Languished award?๐Ÿ˜‰

Yippee!! I love Pos early in the year. It seems to be a spur or motivation. And I think the mojo is back. Now when I sit I am grabbing the knitting instead of the iPhone!!! And the blanket will be gorgeous! Must mark that pattern.

I like the idea of this challenge, except that it feels impossible to me. I have plenty of UFOs, don’t get me wrong. But I just can’t believe I could finish 17 of them in one year! I guess trying is the point…
