I’ve always wanted to be a tea drinker. I have this picture in my mind of tea drinkers being really calm, totally zen and kind of classy. Over the years I’ve bought lots of tea and it just didn’t stick for me. I’ve tried many brands, flavors, caffeine full and caffeine free. I just couldn’t get in the habit of wanted the cup of tea. A few months ago The Husband and I started have a cup of chaga tea every day. At first we were having it in the evening after dinner. It is caffeine free after all. Then as the temperature dropped we started having it in the afternoon. I really look forward to that peaceful half hour sipping hot tea (I have mine with some local honey to sweeten it a bit) while I catch up on email, texts or in this case writing a blog post.
