I’m getting about 60-90 minutes a day knitting so the shawl is crawling slowly. It’s still an enjoyable knit so that is why progress is happening at all.
I’ve been thinking about all the stuff I need to do. We are inching towards spring so there is spring cleaning to consider. We’ve started talking about what we want to plant so we have fresh tasty produce this summer/fall. I’ve got other things, like taxes, that have to be dealt with sooner. I just need the will to get it all done. Maybe I’ll start in on it today. Or maybe I’ll just sit on the couch and knit.
For me, looking and thinking of “to do lists” can become destructible to knitting mojo. Don’t overthink … enjoy the journey. (also telling myself same thing. wink wink)

I vote sit and knit! I plan to sew or knit or puzzle all day. LOL!

I vote for sit and knit! I have to teach – actually am monitoring students doing problems right now, shhhh – and then we’re going to check the paths at the park because we seriously need a walk. After about a million other things, I might get to knit tonight

I would sit and knit.

Ah jeez, sit and knit! All that other stuff is boring. Except for the garden part! Taxes? After this year in the great old USA I expect them to just send cash – lots of it.

Knitting wins for me…definitely!

Or pick one discrete thing off your to-do list, do a small part of it, and reward yourself with twice that much time knitting. (But isn’t knitting on your to-do list anyway?)

It is looking great! I know what you mean about all the other stuff taking over your time, when all you want to do is knit!

I am casting my vote for sitting on the couch and knitting. Final answer.

That’s a good chunk of time for knitting. I may try to knit some later on today.
