I overslept just enough this morning that I’m running a bit behind. I had trouble falling asleep last night because I am so looking forward to a Zoom visit with my knitting friends. I used to do it as a kid too. I was probably the only kid who had to be woken up on Christmas morning.
Anyway, this is my rudimentary set up: 3 puzzle boxes and an iPad. N is using the dining room table for school today so I’m using the coffee table. This is one of the few times I’ve wished I had a kitchen table in the kitchen. The other was when my kids were little and needed homework supervision while i was trying to fix dinner.
There will be a row or two put on the blanket I hope and then I’ll go back to the cowl and finish the third clue. I’m so close to starting the final one. I can’t wait!

I’m learning two new kinds of granny squares, one with a flower in it. For a new blanket. Right now, I’m in the tearing my hair out stage. Peace will return, I hope.

Happy Zooming! I have a little structure for my device when I need some height, but typically, I am at the dining room table.
Do you have room in your kitchen for a little table? I love kitchen tables. They are one of my favorite things. What about the one in the sun room? (you have a sun room, right?)

I wish I could sit there. It’s too cold now. The sun room is where the kitchen table is kept but once the cooler weather moves in it’s too chilly so the dining room table gets all the action. Currently it’s a classroom:)

I get that with the dining room table. My boys are in their 20s and still prefer to work on in the dining room.

Yes. My daughter passed it to my husband. She is a science nerd of the highest order:) My husband likes to do puzzles. There happens to be a piece of that puzzle missing that she thinks her cat stole.

I too, can’t sleep when in anticipation of something. I am hoping this week that anticipation is the delivery of my new quilting machine!!
