Did you have a lovely weekend? Mine was good. It was well balanced with family time, knitting, an outing and a wee bit of cooking.
I cast on the Klickitat Street Cowl and got a couple of sections done. So far it’s fun and easy. I like the colors together.
I’m still working on the baby blanket and rewarding myself with rows on the cowl. I think I’ve found a balance.
So glad you had such a nice weekend! It sounds just about perfect 🙂 Your cowl is bright and beautiful so far!

Saw my daughter for the first time since January. She only lives in Connecticut but we weren’t able to visit because of social distancing and lockdowns. I miss her terribly and this was a fun chaotic visit because of the four dogs but I plan on going to see her and pick apples in a few weeks.

Your cowl-ling is looking very pretty. I’m on a complete old projects spree. I’m halfway through seaming a jumper I knit two years ago, but was too lazy to seam. I’ve also cast on for the pair of the one sock I learnt to knit in July. Next I intend to take out the mountain of granny squares I made, again two years ago, but was too lazy to join together — it will be big enough for a double bed once it’s done. Let’s hope there are no more hiccups.

Good progress! I had a good weekend too with the same kind of balance.

I had a great weekend and I am ready for another one! I have been so busy at school that I am behind in reading and writing blogs.
