Yesterday in the morning The Husband and I gave Myles a quick grooming. Parts of him came out very well. Others, like the legs, are quite uneven. He doesn’t care. He’s waiting impatiently for the bone I promised him. That is what he’s staring at so intently. Once I gave it to him he proceeded to try to bury it in the rug. Yup, it was a wild Saturday night at our house. What did you do? Something fun I hope.
I tried to knit my socks, but the kitten Jonesy had other ideas. Even after I put the knitting away he kept roaming around me like a land shark hunting for toys. Outdone by the kitten I’m just listening to an audiobook. Wild Saturday night, indeed!

I had a night without my husband and the dog, so I went out for dinner with my friend Steph. It’s years since I’ve been out on a Saturday night, a lovely meal and great company.

Myles looks very dapper. I hope he enjoyed his bone. We stayed in and watched the Joker – life on the edge 😃

I spent a lot of time checking out Ivy’s Amish yarn swift and trying to convince John to make me one.

On his Twitter pictures, I often wonder where are his eyes hiding? He needs a lot of grooming, I guess? I hope he knows how cute he is 😀

I rewatched the Avenger’s first movie and painted my nails. I also worked on my knitted butterfly dishcloth.

I got food for a couple who just had a baby, but was a bit late in going to pick it up. I told them to not ding me on Grub Hub cause I needed the job!! LOL Other than that, sewing was my companion. Hubster is away taking care of his mom, so it’s a lonely existence around here!!

Cute! I can’t imagine grooming a wiggling dog! My Saturday night – lucky me this week – I was out at a gig in London after a fabulous Lebanese meal. Usually it’s a homecooked dinner and a box set!

A night out in the city sounds wonderful:)
My husband is my grooming assistant:) Without him I’d never be able to do it.

I don’t know about fun… Accomplished though. Taxes done… and I started writing my book proposal. Like actually doing it. Words. Not just an outline or grand plan. It’s time to jump. Make my stab at it!!! And Myles had a great time so it sounds; and you shares love 🤗
