After 4 years I finally have my favorite summer knitting seat back. We dragged the remainder of the stored furniture over to H and cleaned the porch. I am now free to sit and look across at , well, the regular stuff we store out there.
I’ve started my first Loopy Academy Grad School project. It is Cable Classic Sox by Sue Whitmer. I’m knitting them in the red Cascade Heritage yarn. There isn’t even half a cuff yet so I’ll hold off on showing you them until another day. For now I’ll be sitting on the porch watching Myles run back and forth looking out the windows waiting for the squirrels to appear.
So nice you have your seat back. Sounds like you and Myles are enjoying the space 🙂 Looking forward to seeing your grad school sock project!

It is the perfect blocking place when it’s warm. Things can dry in a day!

I have a bay window in my kitchen with a small French bistro table and chairs that I love to sit at and knit. I suppose it’s because it’s got the best light in the morning, well really, all through the day. So important to have good light when your knitting and your eyes are old, LOL

LOL, I thought you were going to knit up a sock in those three colors. Can’t wait to see though the sock pattern in that wonderful red.
