- Why does Myles have to trash my bed when he decides it’s nap time?
- I’m going through another sleepless jag. Last night I slept great for an hour and a half. The rest of the night was a mix of tossing and turning and short spirts of sleep. Of course I could go right to sleep now.
- I have given up caffeine, again. It’s been a few days. I hope the vague headache goes away soon. And the craving for it.
- School starts at the end of the month. An email talking about the changes in schedule, staff and security arrived and now I feel anxious- and I’m not the one going to school. I hope N doesn’t pick up my vibes. School was always stressful for me as a kid. When will those feelings go away?
- Pizza. I’m always thinking about pizza though.
What are you thinking about?
1. I’m thinking about cleaning my bathroom.
2. I’m now thinking about eating pizza!
3. Why is my backyard a squirrel playground?
4. When will cool weather come back?
I’m sorry about the school anxiety. I think about school this come of year with relief: I don’t need to set up my classroom!!

1. I reorganized the walk-in closet in the master bedroom earlier this year and used the one bedroom as the dumping ground for all the stuff that didn’t belong in the closet. Now that room needs decluttered. What do I do with all those things?
2. When will my new motorcycle helmet arrive? Mr. Aitch’s is here but mine is back ordered.
3. I’ve been craving a thick, juicy steak. Beef (and a salad) is what’s for dinner.
4. I seldom think of pizza.
5. School has become an anxious place for parents and grandparents. I worry about my 5+1 grandkids.

I think Elliot is fine. Yesterday there was a full moon. Based on my yesterday and today the moon was effecting a lot of people:)

I’m hoping I sleep better caffeine free. If this doesn’t work I’ll have to talk to my doctor. I just don’t want pills:(

No, I agree. Try everything else first. No screen time before bed, simple meditation, sleepy time tea… maybe something will work!

I’m thinking I wish I hadn’t eaten dessert.
I’m thinking I need a plan for tomorrow or nothing will be accomplished.
I’m getting stressed out about scheduling my high schoolers, who are at band practice 4-6 every Stinking day until October 25. I will be not sleeping along with you I think…we shall conquer!

I’m thinking so many things at the moment I can’t even write them, but mostly it’s half my internal voice beating itself up about recent junk food binge eating and lack of exercise and the other half saying don’t beat yourself up just start again. Pizza is a health food in comparison to what I’ve been eating 😂

I decided to get back to Hybrid Vigour. I thought I’d made a mistake, turns out I was just tired when I put it down last, lol. But I am still thinking of the next project. I think I’m leaning toward Love Note. Apparently I am all about the lace right now!

Remember when sleep was easy? I used to be such a good sleeper and now . . . not so much. My mind jumps randomly to different thoughts, just like yours does.

I hope you can get a peaceful nights sleep. I’ve tried so many suggestions but still I have cycles of poor sleep. It’s frustrating and really interferes with daily life.
