But there were other things. The Clematis is going crazy this year. I’m thrilled after have a few die in the same location.
I picked up extra blueberries when I was grocery shopping and made jam with this recipe. We are all looking forward to having some with breakfast. I’ll have to squeeze in some time to make bread. Nothing is tastier than homemade bread with homemade jam, well, except homemade ice cream.
The Husband and I got a nice long 4.5 mile walk after dinner. My feet hurt. I think it’s time for new sneakers.
Maybe there will be knitting tomorrow.
Even without knitting it sounds like a nice day:)

I made apple butter on Friday with a young one in my family. Like Jam, good stuff for breakfast on buttered toast :).

Your Clematis is beautiful. I have always wanted one of those plants. Maybe this year…maybe next year. I hope you get some stitching in today 🙂

I think you did really well filling your day with non knitting activities but I bet you thought about knitting at least once!

Yum, homemade jam! I haven’t been knitting much either. Too exhausted.

I’ve made strawberry ice cream, mango sorbet and now peach ice cream all in the last two weeks! I can’t have dairy so the sorbet is mine!
