Monday Q & A On My Birthday Tuesday

*Have you asked your kids to do something you wouldn’t do?

Probably but I can’t think of anything right now

*Do you understand: Football, Bridge, or Cricket?

Not at all

*Have you talked to your family about Organ Donation?

Nothing specific

*Did you knit something that you thought you might not be able to this year?

I am confident that I can knit whatever I put my mind to. Where I run into trouble is either the time limit I give myself or doing something I really don’t enjoy.

*I-phone or Samsung?

iPhone My life is pretty Apple centric: Mac desktop, iPad, iPod, iPhone.

*Do you put bows or trinkets on your packages?

No. I’m pretty lazy and do good if things are neatly wrapped.

*Do your pets get a Holiday treat?

Yes! I got Myles a new toy. I hope he likes it.

*Do you use headphones, earbuds or nothing when you watch something on your phone, computer or tablet?

Earbuds with my iPod and with the iPad if I’m watching a selectmen’s meeting.

*If you could take a craft/knit/crochet class in January for free, what would it be?

Yes but I don’t know what. Maybe sewing.

*Have you ever made a traveling knit? (you knit part and send it on?)

No but the idea is interesting.

I’m sad that this is the final Monday Q & A but I am equally excited to see what is coming next.

Yup, today is my birthday. I have big plans to spend the day knitting. No housework (other than dinner and dishes) and no holiday stuff.

I hope you can see the sparkles in the photo. I think I finally captured the colors and the sparkles.

Happy birthday! And thank you for a year of answers – and for introducing me to the Monday questions. I, too, will miss them, but look forward to what is next. 🙂 I see the sparkles! That yarn is really pretty, I love it. Reyna is going to look great in that one.

I’ve participated in a traveling knit. It was a shawl for a friend going through medical stuff and we passed it around to everyone in the knitting group and each person did a small section or a row or two. It was fun. I was worried that all the different tensions would show, but after it was blocked you would never be able to tell that so many different hands had worked on it. This could be a neat way to do charity knitting too.
