I decided to take it easy today. I’ve been knitting and catching up on TV. Myles has enjoyed this down time too. He’s chewing on a chew stick.
I have reached the midway point of the Pine Forest Blanket. I hope the second half goes as quickly as the first. It’s been a very pleasant pattern to knit. I’ve memorized the lace rows so that makes it easier.
Baby news: The baby, my Goddaughter’s second child, I knit Puerperium for arrived this morning as scheduled. It’s a boy! I’ll pick up some buttons this weekend and get them sewn on in time for a visit late next week or the week after. Next I’ll have to go looking for a Christmas stocking pattern for him.
Hurray for the arrival of the baby! Hope he and Mama are both doing well. Your blanket is beautiful, and your knitting position looks so comfortable.
