WIP Wednesday: Fantasy Knitting

Currently I’m back working on the socks with the yarn I got in a swap ages ago. I’m nearly finished with the first sock and plan to cast on the second one within the day. The yarn is Knit Picks bare dyed by someone in the swap. I have really enjoyed knitting with the yarn and I’m sure I’ll enjoy wearing the socks just as much.

I am not working on Topeka at the moment since it is busy blocking! Of course the weather has turned humid so it’s drying very slowly. I’m really hoping I’ll be able to have it done by Friday. I am working on a little something else, something I really enjoy. I’m cruising Ravelry looking for my next project. There is something extra special about the next project, that abstract little idea, next project. It could be anything in any yarn. The possibilities are endless and that is a fantastic feeling.

I love the socks 🙂 Also, put a box fan near your drying beauties for quicker drying (especially in the humidity).

Hope your sweater dries asap! A fan might help some…
The sock looks lovely. It’s so hot right now but before we know it we’ll be needing those toasty warm wool socks! I kinda don’t want to think about that tho! o.0

I love the pops of green in this colorway. It goes so well with the pink and sky blue. You have been on a roll with blogging :O).

Lovely, sweet yarn for socks. The problem is, I am planning for that next project before I am halfway done with the current projectS!!! Yes, I meant to capitalize the S. 3 active on the needles and desire to cast on more is strong.

Ahh the mystery of the fantasy project in the imagination. Sometimes I think the hunt is just as intriguing as the project 😉
