WIP Wednesday: On A Dark And Overcast Day

There hasn’t been much knitting lately. By the time I fall into bed after dinner I hardly have the energy to operate the TV remote. Somehow I have managed to finish the first sock and get a good way down the leg of the second sock. The yarn is Tess Designer Yarn. The pattern is just the one in my head. You may or may not remember I was also working on a Fiddlehead mitten. No progress has been made on that front. Maybe next week when all the obligations and expectations are out of the way.

These are the most beautiful socks ever (and I’m not just saying that because I can’t wait for you to hand over the leftovers – ha!). šŸ™‚

Pretty socks! Knitting here is almost at a standstill too. There is very little left on the stranded mittens but I just can’t get into finishing them. Next week…

Wow! I love that shade of sky blue. It makes me happy and reminds me of sunny late spring/early summer days.

  5. Lovely vanilla sock. I’ve been wanting a nice pair just like that for myself. I think I’ll put everything else aside and cast some on tonight! Merry Christmas!

I know that “too tired to operate the remote” feeling well. šŸ˜ And I love the yarn for the socks, such nice soft colours.

You’re doing a great job on those socks. Get rest and treat yourself more. Mele Kalikimaka to you and the ohana.
