A Conversation Inside My Head

  • I should blog. I’ve got a bit more sock done. I could talk about that.
  • YOU HAVE A MILLION THINGS TO DO AND YOU WANT TO BLOG! HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND?
  • I don’t have that many things to do: dishes, laundry, clean the house up a bit, maybe vacuum and dust, clean the bathrooms, change the beds, shop for gifts, wrap gifts, put up tree, rake leaves, pull dead plants from yard, cover garlic plants with mulch for the winter, fix something for dinner,
  • WHAT? ALL THAT? ARE YOU KIDDING? GET TO WORK!
  • bleach the basement floor, reorganize the storage buckets and clear some space, clean out the closets, sew the buttons on the hat, put the sweater together, play Holidaytown…
  • AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
  • Maybe I’ll just knit for a while.

Hehehe – just don’t knit while you’re bleaching the basement floor. That sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Sounds like me. Except I also go “well after this row, I’ll get started on x. No, the row after next. One more row and I’ll do it.”

That sounds familiar! Knitting seems to overtake for me at the moment, but my excuse is that I only have 13 days to get things finished 😉
